Investigations

Since forming in 2007 we have investigated in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Wales and Essex. Our main achievement this year has been to forge relationships with other groups and organisations, as we believe no one group can possibly have all the answers.

For the future we plan to further develop our investigation methodology and techniques, with investigations confirmed at various locations throughout the year. However we are always on the look out for fresh cases and we aim to investigate based on current activity levels, rather than be limited by distance.

Locations are always shown the highest levels of confidentiality and are not publicised in any way (unless required) or open to inexperienced investigators. We always aim to present our findings to clients in an open way but must stress that any information gained from a medium, sensitive and other means can not be scientifically proven.

Bridewell Police Station, Bristol
Awaiting Report
THE gloomy cells of the old Bridewell Police Station may have hosted their last miscreants six years ago, but could there still be a few tortured souls left lingering in the darkness of the maudlin lock-ups? Despite officially closing in 2005, some believe the former Central Police Station, in Nelson Street, known as "The Bridewell", may be haunted by the ghosts of inmates past. Today, the basement of the imposing 1930s police station is eerily quiet – and looking exactly as it did when the final custody sergeant locked up the cells for the last time. But those managing the building, now used as a temporary art space and venue for hire, report feeling a "presence" in the cells – with some members of staff even refusing to venture down the staircase. 12-03-2011 Clear
